We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days via Royal Mail. However deliveries may be subject to delays at this time.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and return the item(s) in its original packaging within 14 days.
Unless faulty, items returned must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If the product and its packaging are not returned to us in full within this time frame, we will be unable to issue a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded and you will be liable for the cost of your returns. It is recommended that you use Royal Mail’s “signed for” delivery service, but in any event, a proof of postage is essential.
We offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
