Yes. We use professional-grade latex and microfoil balloons from reputable European manufacturers. Our latex balloons are EN 71-tested for safety, which is the European standard for toy safety, covering mechanical, flammability and chemical requirements.

Yes. We apply logos, brand colours and messaging to large-format balloons for corporate events, launches and brand activations. Bespoke printing is available in small quantities — not bulk. We recommend 2 to 4 weeks for most corporate projects. Large-scale installations or branded balloons requiring custom printing need 6 to 8 weeks. Short-notice enquiries are considered where capacity allows.

Budget determines scope. A £500 delivery and a £5,000 installation require very different designs, materials and teams. Asking upfront lets us propose something realistic rather than waste your time with options that aren’t viable for your spend.

Corporate clients can pay by bank transfer against invoice. A deposit is typically required to secure the booking, with the balance due before installation. Standard corporate payment terms (30 days net) are available where an account has been opened and Balloonista is listed as an approved supplier — pre-agreed at onboarding.

Yes. Balloonista is VAT-registered. All invoices include VAT breakdown, company registration details and standard payment information required for corporate finance teams.

Change orders are accommodated wherever possible, depending on lead time and material commitments. Cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation — generally, deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or team time is allocated.

Yes. London is our base, but we install UK-wide. Travel, accommodation where required, and logistics are included in your quote upfront — no hidden costs.

Enquiry data is handled in line with UK GDPR. We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and manage your project. We do not share data with third parties and do not add you to marketing lists without explicit consent.

Our online shop uses SSL encryption. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store card details on our website.
