Balloonista Careers

Join the Balloonista Crew 💛

We’re a bold, growing business known for creating luxury balloon installations with a strong commitment to sustainability. From five-star hotels to UHNW homes and corporate activations, no two days are ever the same — and we like it that way.

We Hire Finishers 🧠

We don’t just celebrate creativity — we celebrate completion.

We need people who:

• See something that needs doing and just do it
• Tidy as they go and leave no loose ends
• Communicate clearly, calmly, and kindly
• Get joy from making things better, faster, smarter
• Treat every task like it matters – because it does
• Love to learn and don’t fall apart when things go wrong
• Know the job’s not done until it’s done properly

If you’re someone who brings energy from start to finish — you’ll feel right at home here.

What We Look For 💬

We don’t care where you went to school or what’s on your CV. We care how you show up.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Reliable, resilient, and ready to learn
• Naturally proactive (you notice what needs doing)
• Confident, not cocky – kind to everyone, no matter their role
• Creative – not just with balloons, but in how you solve problems
• Growth-minded – willing to try, fail, learn, and improve
• Comfortable talking to anyone – from hotel concierges to VIP clients
• Respectful, self-aware, and drama-free

What You’ll Get 🎁

• A creative, supportive, genuinely lovely team (we mean it)
• Hands-on experience with high-end events and big brands
• Flexibility – a mix of weekdays, weekends, early mornings and evenings
• Potential to grow, lead, and make your mark
• Good rates of pay and fair treatment
• Zero tolerance for toxicity – only kindness, always
