Balloonista is proud to announce our latest Netflix balloon decor project: designing and delivering bespoke installations for Back in Action. This action-comedy starring Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx is set to captivate audiences worldwide, and our balloons were the perfect touch to complement its stunning visuals.
About the Film
Back in Action marks the highly anticipated return of Cameron Diaz to the big screen, joined by her Annie co-star Jamie Foxx. Directed by Seth Gordon, the film showcases a mix of high-energy stunts, comedic moments, and glamorous settings.
One of these settings is the iconic Waddesdon Manor, a National Trust property steeped in history and owned by the Rothschild Foundation. Its grand architecture and picturesque gardens provide the perfect backdrop for the film’s vibrant scenes.

Our involvement in Back in Action included designing a series of bold, luxurious balloon installations. These creations adorned the grand spaces of Waddesdon Manor, adding both elegance and energy to the film’s production.
Some highlights include:
- Grand Entrance Balloon Arch: Spanning over 10 metres, this dramatic arch framed the iconic Waddesdon façade, welcoming cast and crew with style.
- Custom Floral Balloon Towers: Stunning displays combining balloons with fresh and faux florals, creating a considered, layered aesthetic.
- Statement Decor for Film Sets: Installations designed to seamlessly blend with the film’s aesthetic while standing out in the finest details.
Our Approach to Responsible Event Decor
Balloonista’s collaboration with Back in Action reflects the growing demand from film and production teams for premium decor delivered responsibly. Our installations use professional-grade latex balloons from reputable European manufacturers, paired with reusable installation infrastructure and air-filled displays wherever design allows.
